Linet Atieno Ouma is a visionary entrepreneur and compassionate community leader with over a decade of experience in business operations, customer relations, and project management. As the Founder and CEO of Autism Helping Hands Foundation (AHHF) and Co-Founder of Brick-and-Mortar Investment Limited, Linet brings a rare combination of strategic foresight, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to social impact.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Africa Nazarene University and a Diploma in Medical Engineering from the Technical University of Mombasa. This unique academic background has equipped her with a strong foundation to lead in both the healthcare and construction sectors.

Linet’s professional journey began at Kenya Commercial Bank as a Sales Representative, where she honed her skills in financial services and client engagement. She later transitioned into the medical engineering field at Asterisk Limited, managing sales operations, marketing strategy, and customer support. She further expanded her expertise at Quest Limited, an international construction, technology, and logistics firm, where she led procurement and customer service efforts.

Currently, Linet plays a pivotal role as Director of Brick-and-Mortar Investment Limited, overseeing business development and project execution. Her responsibilities span strategic planning, team coordination, client relations, and ensuring the integration of safety and sustainability in all operations.

Parallel to her corporate achievements, Linet’s personal mission has been shaped by a 15-year journey of advocacy and support for individuals and families affected by autism. Inspired by lived experience, she founded AHHF to break the stigma surrounding autism, provide psychological and financial support to families, and advocate for inclusive opportunities for children on the autism spectrum.
